While the world is battling against Coronavirus and is holding hands in a collective effort to eradicate the pandemic, merciless China is set on a brutal war against the Uyghurs.

Uyghurs are a Muslim minority population residing in Xinjiang, China’s western province, over 11 million people are living there. Everything has it’s own beauty until it isn’t untouched and amalgamated with one's enforced policies. Similarly, Uyghurs in Xinjiang have lost their ethnicity when the shrewd Communist repressive measures shattered their homeland decades ago.

In 2017, Xinjiang started witnessing huge concrete-walled compounds but none knew what those unusual erected structures signified, later the mass genocide against the Uyghurs was busted. Spread across those hundreds of acres was nothing but 'detention centers' wherein Uyghurs and other Muslim minorities were separated from their families, detained and tortured

• Have a long beard, wear a face veil or your wife wears it

• Hold passport but haven’t visited any foreign country

• If prone to get radicalized due to one’s religion 

• Go on an unauthorized pilgrimage

• Visit any of the 26 sensitive countries 

It means doing nothing and getting sacked is as simple as getting abducted for uttering the truth in China. 

Now, when the massive Uyghur crackdown started gaining the attention of international forums of human rights, Xi's government shrugged off the factful allegations and claimed that within the cemented walls they run ‘re-education camps’, wherein the Uyghurs are brainwashed to give up their extremist attitude and not to be a threat to China’s integrity.

The world knew the culprit, the facts and controversial reports exposed the shameless murderer still the holocaust continued under the guise of counter-terrorism. Xi’s draconian regime continues to subject Uyghurs, Kazakhs, and other predominantly Muslim ethnic groups in Xinjiang to intrusive surveillance, arbitrary detention, and forced indoctrination.

Indeed, it's justified to say that truth and its torchbearers are short-lived in China. Xi Jinping’s intolerant regime continued to intimidate, harass, and persecute the watchdogs of human rights and independent NGOs, and also conducts raids in their homes and offices. Moreover, their family members were also subjected to extreme surveillance, harassment, detention, and stringent restrictions on their freedom of movement and speech.

Even after winning the pageant of the blooming abuser of human rights, on 2nd April 2020, the cold-blooded dragons were given the responsibility to appoint or halt global investigators on freedom of speech, enforced disappearances, arbitrary detention, and health in the UN Human Rights Council Panel. What a mockery of human rights it is, wherein the sadist nation will be the protagonist and influence the judiciary of human rights.

The atrocities aren't over, adding upon to Xi’s sadist character the next havoc that fell on the vulnerable cult was conducting inhumane measures to curb the birth rates among Uyghurs and other minorities as part of a sweeping campaign to slash its Muslim population, whereas the lopsided regime encourages the Han majority to have more children.

As per the reports, women belonging to the Uyghur and other Muslim minorities are regularly subjected to pregnancy checks and are enforced to undergo intrauterine devices (IUDs), sterilization, and even abortion. While the use of IUDs and sterilization has fallen nationwide, it’s skyrocketing in Xinjiang. The reason is none but selective priorities.

Though the world is caught in the clutches of COVID19, China is busy with its butcher business. According to the recent surfaced data, it states that China is sending thousands of Uyghurs to the manufacturing sections in factories at Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangzi, and Zhejiang region to keep its economy alive and kicking even after the ironclad lockdown in the wake of the outbreak. While the workers were asked to follow the lockdown strictly, Uyghurs were sent to the cluttered factory godowns to work.

The reports also exposed how the inhumane regime destined the lives of more than a million Uyghurs detained in the so-called re-education camps under the umbrella of “kill-on-demand”, wherein China allowed to harvest the organs of Uyghurs to cater the need of the other population in the mainland who are battling with the dreaded virus.

Hypocrisy and lopsidedness run in the veins of Xi's draconian rule. The UN had done nothing less than a blunder by placing them in human rights panel. A crucial period when China is continuing to eradicate the Uyghur identity and getting backlash from other nations, the UN added up to the ongoing misery and handed over the wrong department.
